- To Book any types of Nepal Tours & Trips you must send us a confirmation e-mail with 20% of payment of your trip cost. This will comprise acceptance by you of our Terms and Conditions. You need to submit a copy of each passport copy and passport size photograph to our office via email to issue Trekking Permit and National Park Permit. Rest of trekking cost should be paid as 2nd installment in Nepal before Trip to Nepal.
Before you confirm the booking of a trip you should read and understand what is included and excluded in the cost. If you require additional services which are not included in cost please let us know.
